Jake Abraham (1967 – 1 October 2023) was a British actor from Liverpool.[1] He was best known for his role in Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, a 1998 film by Guy Ritchie.[2] His other film appearances included Mean Machine (2001), and Formula 51 (2001), also known as The 51st State.[2] He also appeared in many television programmes, including GBH (Channel 4) and Help! (BBC 1).[2][3]
Born in Toxteth, Liverpool, Abraham began acting on stage since age 12 at Everyman Youth Theatre.[4][5]
A 1986 review in the Liverpool Echo about the BBC television series Help! said, "Jake Abraham threatens to steal the show as the dimwitted Davva".[3]
Abraham died on 1 October 2023 of prostate cancer.[4][6]
