Josefina Capote (born 12 October 1961) is a Cuban former volleyball player. She competed in the women's tournament at the 1980 Summer Olympics.[1] She helped the Cuban team win the gold medal in the 1979 and 1983 Pan American Games, and the silver medal in the 1986 FIVB World Championship.[2] She was the captain of the Cuban team from 1980 until her retirement.[3]
