Koshigahama Station (越ケ浜駅, Koshigahama-eki) is a passenger railway station located in the city of Hgi, Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan. It is operated by the West Japan Railway Company (JR West).[1]
Koshigahama Station is served by the JR West San'in Main Line, and is located 569.1 kilometers from the terminus of the line at Kyoto.
The station consists of one side platform serving a single bi-directional track on an embankment. There is no station building, and the station is unattended.
Koshigahama Station was opened on 1 April 1960. With the privatization of the Japan National Railway (JNR) on 1 April 1987, the station came under the aegis of the West Japan Railway Company (JR West).
In fiscal 2020, the station was used by an average of 5 passengers daily.[2]
