LSD and the Search for God is an American shoegaze band from San Francisco.[1]

The band consists of singer and guitarist Andy Liszt, singer Sophia Campbell and guitarist Chris Fifield.[3] They gained traction after the release of their debut self-titled EP in 2007 under record label Mind Expansion.[4] The EP sold out and was reissued on vinyl the following year via Deep Space Recordings.[5] In 2016, they released their only new material since, an EP titled Heaven is a Place.[6] However, the band remains active and have gained a cult following.[7][8]
