Liberal Party (พรรคเทิดไท, RTGS: Phak Therd Thai) is a former Thai political party based on The Justice Unity Party has Anuwat Wattanapongsiri as the party leader and Sompong Amornwiwat is the party secretary.
After the Black May incident, the executive committee of the Justice Unity Party resigned from the position. In addition, some members of the executive committee of the Justice Unity Party have resigned from being members of the Justice Unity Party.
The Justice Unity Party has chosen the party leader and the new party executive committee. It appears that Anuwat Wattanapongsiri has been chosen as the new party leader and Sompong Amornwiwat has been elected as party secretary and changed the party's name, Is a Therd Thai Party.
The Justice Unity Party changed the name of the party to the Therd Thai Party on 9 July 1992, which was announced by the Government Gazette on 22 July 1992[1].
After running the Therd Thai party shortly Anuwat and the party executive committee announced their resignation and membership of the entire Therd Thai Party on 10 August 1992[2], with the election on Sunday 13 September 1992. The party did not send candidates.
The Supreme Court therefore ordered the Supreme Court 4098/1992 dated 24 December 1992 to dissolve the Thetthai Party on 26 February 1993[3].
