Mango ice cream, also called mango sorbetes,[1] is a Filipino ice cream flavor prepared using pulped or pureed ripe Philippine mangoes. It is one of the most popular flavors of the traditional sorbetes ice cream, due to the abundance of mangoes in the islands.[2][3][4][5][6][7]

The flavor has also been adapted into conventional commercial ice cream in the Philippines, including Magnolia (not affiliated the American Magnolia brand) and Selecta,[8] and has spread to other countries.[9][10]
