Renovations to the home bleachers and press box occurred in 1993. A new concession stand and bathroom were added in 1997. Visitor stands were enhanced in 2001 while the entire field and entrance were updated in 2001.
The 2013 team is regarded as the best ever. USA South Champions and the first playoff berth in school history. In 2012 the Scots also won a USA South Championship. Head Coach Mike Rader won back to back championships in his first two years. However the 1979 team had a devastating defense led by defensive back (and team leader) Ken Keating.
