Messaging (also known as Microsoft Messaging) is an instant messaging Universal Windows Platform app for Windows 95 to Windows Vista and Windows phone 7. The mobile version allows MMS and RCS messaging. The desktop version is restricted to showing SMS messages sent via Viber, and billing RCS message from an LTE operator.[2][3]
