Naiane Rios (born (1994-11-29)29 November 1994) is a Brazilian female volleyball player. She competed at the 2015 U23 World Championship.[1] 2017 FIVB Volleyball World Grand Prix, and 2023–24 CEV Women's Champions League.

She won a silver medal at the 2023 Pan American Games – Women's tournament.
