Ophiomyia is genus of Diptera (fly) in the family Agromyzidae.

In West Africa, the larvae of various species, such as Ophiomyia spencerella, Ophiomyia phaseola, and Ophiomyia centrosematis, are pests of cultivated bean crops.[1]
