Plyeshchanitsy (Belarusian: Плешчаніцы, romanized: Plieščanicy;[a] Russian: Плещеницы, romanized: Pleshchenitsy) is an urban-type settlement in Lahoysk District, Minsk Region, Belarus.[1] It is located about 60 kilometres (37 mi) to the north of Minsk.[2] As of 2023, it has a population of 5,911.[1]
Plyeshchanitsy has an elevation of 211 m (692 ft) above sea level.[3] The topography of the surrounding area is relatively flat and sparsely populated. Plyeshchanitsy is the largest settlement in the area, with a population of 5,835 inhabitants.[4]
