Sitaras (Greek: Σιταράς, before 1927: Σίτοβο – Sitovo),[2] is a village and a community of the Grevena municipality. Before the 2011 local government reform it was a part of the municipality of Gorgiani, of which it was a municipal district.[3] The 2021 census recorded 10 residents in the village.[1] The community of Sitaras covers an area of 10.375 km2.[4]
