On the UK gov't website this agency is consistently called Advanced Research & Invention Agency (ARIA), so that's what I've gone for also. I think the article should now also be moved to 'Advanced Research & Invention Agency' or, if the acronym is absolutely needed in the title (and I don't think it is), then 'Advanced Research & Invention Agency (ARIA)'.
