From what I read there are three National Holidays in India viz Republic Day, Independence Day, and Mahatma Gandhi's Birthday, as compulsory holidays. The remaining holidays/ Milad-Un-Nabi or Id-E-Milad, Mahavir Jayanti, Idu'l Fitr, Dussehra (Vijaya Dashami), Guru Nanak's Birthday, Christmas Day. In accordance with the guidelines, I'm continuing to weed the Births and Deaths sections by removing entries for celebrities with 0-4 articles in other languages. Where possible, these have been transferred to the relevant Year in Topic articles. As well as making the lists more manageable, this will help with the globalization effort. I do not know the correct procedure. She is the "Poppy Lady". Responsible for reason that poppies are used round the world for World War 1. Born 150 years ago on August 15, 1869. I believe she is noteworthy enough to be listed. Nicolas.hammond (talk) 08:38, 15 August 2019 (UTC)
