Untitled[edit]

I removed Bailey Walsh from the list of RNC Chairmen. I could find no evidence of when he served. Research from the NY Times Archives indicate the passing of the chairmanship directly from Joseph Martin to Harrison Spangler in December 1942. No one served in between.
