Would this content be better suited for a Registered Agents Inc company page? As indicated on Epik talk page, it's not entirely clear what Keen's role is within the company. Dunkinidaho (talk) 22:53, 18 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
According to the Feb 8th Wiredarticle cited, "[T]he founder and owner of Registered Agents...is a man named Dan Keen." - Amigao (talk) 23:17, 18 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
If we are being intellectually honest, the same Wired article states, "In an email, a lawyer for Registered Agents Inc. says Keen is not the owner nor an employee of Registered Agents Inc. or Epik…" Dougieb (talk) 03:50, 30 March 2024 (UTC) Dougieb (talk) 03:50, 30 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
The article can explain that an unnamed lawyer for the company denied he was the owner. The cited source, however, clearly doesn't accept that at face value, and we are not obligated to accept it, either. Grayfell (talk) 03:59, 30 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Fair enough. The employees are "unnamed" as well though. Actually, one does name the lawyer, "Attempts to reach Keen for comment led to a reply from Bryce Myrvang, a lawyer for Registered Agents Inc." Myrvang does appear to be a lawyer in Post Falls, Idaho.
This says, "Until last month, the company listed “Bill Havre” as board president and executive director." And "After inquiries by The Post and the ICIJ, Registered Agents Inc. removed Havre’s name from the company’s website." I'm thinking "Dan Keen" may be a Red Herring to distract from "Bill Havre", or maybe Havre might just be another fake name. This is like a puzzle in a puzzle.Dougieb (talk) 01:11, 31 March 2024 (UTC) Dougieb (talk) 01:11, 31 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
