The Building section is vague (and shot through with qualifiers, e.g., “subsequently, ”numerous,” “extensive” which diminish its precision and accuracy). It ought to be revised to take into account information in this article: "National Register of Historic Places - West 67th Street Artists’ Colony Historic District - Written by Andrew Scott Dolkart - Researched by Andrew Scott Dolkart and Christopher Gray" [2] which contains a precise and comprehensive account of the history of the building.
