Tauqeer Nasir[2][3] (Punjabi, Urdu: توقیر ناصر) is a veteran actor from Pakistan. He served as Director General (DG) of Pakistan National Council of Arts (PNCA) for two years. He started his career in 1978 with Pakistan Television Corporation.[2]

Early life and education

Tauqeer Nasir was born in Muzaffargarh. He finished his basic education in the cities of Dera Ghazi Khan and Multan.[2][1][4] He graduated with a master's degree in Mass Communications from Punjab University, Lahore in 1981.[4][2]
