This template will display information quality Importance. The template is generally used on the WikiProjects Importance page. The syntax is as follows:

• |banner= (required) - The name of the WikiProjects Banner.
• |topic= (required) - set so that the quality categories are: "Foo-Class topic articles".
• |extraparam= (optional) - Extra parameters to be passed over to the WikiProjects Banner. For example, the name of a taskforce.

An article's importance assessment is generated from the importance parameter in the ((WikiProject Food and Drink)) project banner on its talk page:
