Am I missing something or is this not working. If I use this template the colors don't seem to apear
For Example: The code ((Legend | #2EFE9A | Cossatot)) ((Legend | #D0F5A9 | Double Eagle)) ((Legend | #F7FE2E | Long Horn)) Comes out
But the code: ((Legend inline | #2EFE9A | Cossatot)) ((Legend inline | #D0F5A9 | Double Eagle)) ((Legend inline | #F7FE2E | Long Horn))
come out blank:
Cossatot Double Eagle Long Horn

background-color:((trim|(({1|transparent))))};
. So you can either add the trim manually or copy all current code from ((legend)) into that page. -DePiep (talk) 14:26, 13 March 2013 (UTC)
I started a discussion about potential stylistic changes (namely, font-size) to this template at Template talk:Legend#Font size (time to paint a bikeshed), based on CSS changes that might be made in the Template:Legend/styles.css stylesheet. Please join the discussion there. ((Nihiltres |talk |edits)) 16:30, 30 September 2020 (UTC)
It tries too hard not to break the line, running outside the page margin, causing a horizontal scroll bar. Also the last 2 characters are inaccessible. (At least in Firefox.)
Here is an offending line: Once upon a time, first, second, third, shrdlu shrdlu shrdlu shrdlu shrdlu shrdlu shrdlu shrdlu shrdlu shrdlu shrdlu shrdlu shrdlu shrdlu shrdlu shrdlu shrdlu shrdlu shrdlu shrdlu shrdlu shrdlu shrdlu shrdlu shrdlu shrdlu shrdlu shrdlu shrdlu shrdlu shrdlu shrdlu, penultimate, final.
Changing from {Legend-inline} to {Legend} lets it wrap (but the vertical spacing increases):

Add a "width" param for customizing the template's width. Qwerty284651 (talk) 01:17, 9 December 2022 (UTC) Qwerty284651 (talk) 01:17, 9 December 2022 (UTC)
