The way I've been doing the parishes, the way we've done them at Wikiproject Porto and the way it is on the Portuguese Wikipedia each time is in the format "Parish (Municipality)". I see this template uses "Parish, Municipality". If no-one raises an objection, I'm going to change this template over to the other format along with the parishes it links to.
