The Forbidden Time is a Big Finish Productions audiobook based on the long-running British science fiction television series Doctor Who. Doctor Who is a popular "British science fiction television series"[1] following the time-travelling adventures of a scientist.[1] Big Finish Productions is a "production company, publisher and distributor".[2]

The Companion Chronicles "talking books" are each narrated by one of the Doctor's companions and feature a second, guest-star voice along with music and sound effects.

Plot

The Vist, a race of creatures who can literally walk anywhere through time, decide to lay claim to the years 2011 through 2019. When everyone is given a threatening psychic announcement explaining this, Polly is one of the few who remain calm. She remembers that the Second Doctor, Ben, Jamie and herself are in a shadow world, defeating the Time Walkers.
