I won't be doing any major editing right now due to real life commitments. Please contact other users if there are any problems.--Alasdair 14:56, 24 March 2009 (UTC)

More About Myself

Hi, everyone,

I come from Hong Kong. Since I stumbled into Wikipedia in 2005, I have come across articles about MTR stations in Hong Kong. Since many of them are incomplete, I decided to get a go at adding stuff to them.

The articles that I enjoy editing include those of films and other interesting things related to Hong Kong. I tend to assign myself to projects, focusing on one article at a time in an attempt to improve it to Featured Article Status. At the present moment, I'll lurk around and make edits to sporting events that I'm the most interested in.

I have been given the admin tools since 12 October, 2007. I will now block repeat vandals based on reports to Administrator intervention against vandalism, delete articles tagged for speedy deletion and delete articles per the outcomes of deletion debates.

Language abilities

I'm a fluent speaker of English and Chinese (both in Mandarin and Cantonese). However, I have no plans to edit Chinese Wikipedia, since my writing skills in that language are not as good.

WikiProject involvement

I am a member of WikiProject Films and WikiProject Food and Drinks, since I'm most interested in those things in real life. Most of the articles I improve to featured status will be from there. Actors that I admire will also be one of my priorities.
