Central WestGate is a planned shopping mall in Bang Yai, Nonthaburi which expected to start constructing and opening in 2013 and 2015 respectively.[3]

Overview

Central Pattana had a plan to develop a large-scale shopping mall in Bang Yai in late 2012. The shareholders approved the plan on 18 January 2013 to lease a land plots area of 98 rais, 1 ngan and 96.1 sq.wah for 30 years which Vantage (Central Group's subsidiary) started collecting them since 2003.[4]

The shopping mall was started construction in February 2013 with 26 months long and expected to inaugurated in late 2015 with total investment of BT฿10 billion which BT฿5 billion for land leasing and BT฿5 billion for shopping mall construction cost.

The shopping center will be 3 storey building with 1 underground floor.
