I think that personal library indices could be a huge boon to the project, offering editors a chance to find someone who has a reference book they're looking for and asking the owner to look something up for them. It could be as simple as verifying a citation or something more involved.

Sections are based in part on the classes of the Dewey Decimal System. Note that in my library, computer science falls under technology.
