The Vaughn Home numbers among the few surviving original faculty residences at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee.
William J. Vaughn ( 1834-1912), Professor of Mathematics and Astronomy, occupied the house from 1875 to 1912.[1] The building was named after his daughter, Stella Scott Vaughn.[2]
The Vaughn Home presently serves as the administrative offices of the Robert Penn Warren Center for the Humanities at Vanderbilt University.
