Wikipedia Bugs and Enhancements to Watch

This is a list of bugs and enhancement proposals that I find interesting and am paying attention to.

Open bugs

• 856 - Autoblocker extending blocks
• 1181 - Section edit overwrites entire page
• 1150 - Self edit conflict erasing other people's comments

Enhancements

• 1454 - Page move throttling (e.g. the anti-Willy request)
• 2003 - Request for tagging some templates as "subst" only
• 3233 - Use cookies to identify blocked machines, not just IPs

Resolved

• 275 - Page doubling bug
• 1628 - New users log
• 3284 - Block list is very slow
