The Payload Hazardous Servicing Facility (PHSF) is a Boeing-owned facility located at Kennedy Space Center designed for the encapsulation of potentially hazardous payloads.
The Mission Operations Support Building (MOSB) is a 205.2 m2 (2,209 sq ft) structure located at the entrance of the PHSF complex. The MOSB contains three conference rooms and several offices with cubicles.[3]
