Kary, I don't know if you realise it but redirecting your active talk page to a subpage isn't a good idea. It means that if anyone posts you a message you won't get the orange bar to tell you so- unless that's your intention of course. Also, you've named this page 'Archive' which suggests it's a place to store old conversations that are no longer curent - which is exactly the opposite of what a talk page is of course - a place for current conversations!
