• Article deletion proposals are treated as votes, even though they shouldn't be. It serves no purpose to actually engage in discussion.
• Expert input, be it from WikiProject participants or specialized noticeboards, is unwelcome and will be ignored.
• Everyone is allowed to personally attack new users at will.
