The Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association state basketball championships are an annual tournament for high school student-athletes to determine the state winner for the season.

The boy's tournament began in 1920 with one class, followed by the girls in 1973. In 2017, the PIAA expanded to 6 classes, resulting in 12 champions, 6 boys and 6 girls, each year. As a result of the 2020 coronavirus pandemic, the championship was canceled halfway through the playoffs.
