0nshore, (also called Not0nshoree because he is 0nshore, not 0nshoree [there is a difference]) is a Christian, artist, photographer, and musician. He occasionally edits and is absolutely terrible at it lol (just view his talk page).

My goals as a Wikipedia editor

In all seriousness though, the more I edit on Wikipedia, the more inclined I am to agree with people who discourage it as a reliable source (and before some of you come at me, take a look at who is on my side!)[a]

Approximately 35.4% of all Wikipedia articles are deemed stubs,[1][b] and a good portion of them cite only a handful of sources (and if you are lucky you will even find that some, if not all of the five links cited are dead!) And so after mindlessly browsing Wikipedia in my free time[c] during school, I began to realize that there were many topics on the site that I knew I could improve on, and so I did.

I did not have much luck at first, as a lot of my edits ended up being rolled-back, because again, I was absolutely terrible at editing (but now I am slightly better, so do not worry). But after a while, I got the hang of it. And now, I am a professional editor (again, just view my talk page!)

Notes

  1. ^ Spoiler alert: Wikipedia agrees that it itself is not a reliable source due to it being self-published
  2. ^ Yeah yeah, I know. I just cited Wikipedia as a source. But hey, at least I am honest about my hypocrisy!
  3. ^ By free time I totally do not mean AP Calculus.
