Please pay attention, you reverted to a vandalized version of Kool-Aid_Man.21:51, 25 January 2008 (UTC)
Yes, VandalProof did work for me, although it takes a while to get the correct download. --Redmarkviolinist Drop me a line 13:20, 8 January 2008 (UTC)
Is there a way to make this same thing work for a Wikia project? or is there already one on wikia? if you could respond on my talk page that would be great. Thanks! Sirkadtalk 03:05, 11 January 2008 (UTC)

Hello Sirkad. Could you please verify if this !vote of yours was really for Martijn Hoekstra's RfA? Or was it meant for BirgitteSB's one? Regards, Húsönd 18:16, 31 March 2008 (UTC)
I haven't been on much, though i'm starting to come on a bit more often now, all the best. Sunderland06 16:47, 2 April 2008 (UTC)
There is currently a backlog of 52 users at Category:Wikipedians seeking to be adopted in Adopt-a-user. Please consider offering adoption to one or more of these users. Don't forget to change their ((adoptme)) template to ((adoptoffer|Sirkad/archive 5)). Thank you for your continued participation in Wikipedia:Adopt-a-User. xenocidic (talk) 19:58, 1 May 2008 (UTC) |

Hi Sirkad, I wanted to say thank you for commenting on my request for adminship, which passed with 100 supports, 0 opposes and 1 neutral. I wanted to get round everybody individually, even though it's considered by some to be spam (which... I suppose it is! but anyway. :)). It means a lot to me that the community has placed its trust in my ability to use the extra buttons, and I only hope I can live up to its expectations. If you need anything, or notice something that bothers you, don't hesitate to let me know. Thanks again, PeterSymonds | talk 23:21, 13 May 2008 (UTC)
Protonk (talk) 05:07, 21 August 2008 (UTC) Sent with Auto Wiki Browser to all 40K project members.
This message is a test to check to see if members of the Warhammer 40K Project are still online, active and interested in helping the project. If you are no longer interested in the project all you need to do is...nothing! If you don't respond to this I'll take your name off the list and you'll never here from us again. If you're the proactive type you can remove the name yourself or talk to me and I'll do it.
If you are still interested in helping out the 40K project or otherwise still want to be listed there you can say so in response to this message on your talk page or on mine. Alternately you can add our new userbox (((User WikiProject Warhammer 40,000))) to your userpage and I'll take that as a response. The userpage doesn't automatically include people in a category of members yet, but it might in the future.
We've assessed most of the articles in the project on the Version 1.0 assessment scale (the table on the project page should take a few days to update) but we need to push to get the core articles in the project up to GA status. Thanks for all your help. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help the project along. Protonk (talk) 21:00, 29 August 2008 (UTC)
How to Make M2W part of a chart, specifically this chart: Comparison of webmail providers?
I tried copying the code but only the text appeared and not the chart. --M2W (talk) 20:11, 4 September 2008 (UTC)
Hey, I saw that you put a notice on my page saying you'd be willing to adopt me. I thank you for offering and will gladly accept your offer. Whenever you get around to contacting me just give me a message. RockManQ (talk) 23:55, 8 September 2008 (UTC)
How do you put in inline citations. That's probably the most confusing thing for me. RockManQ (talk) 20:42, 12 September 2008 (UTC)
Also, since I work at AfD a lot, I may need to relist articles from time to time. Someone else discribed on my talk page, but I'm still confused about it. Could you answer this too please. RockManQ (talk) 20:03, 13 September 2008 (UTC)
Next Question: I do non admin closures down at AfD. I sometimes see other non admins close deletes sometimes. Granted thats a speedy delete for hoax, but the NAC guidlines state that you should only close keeps, snow keeps, or speedy keeps. Is it ok for an editor that isn't an admin, such as myself, to close an article for which the outcome would most certainly be delete? RockManQ (talk) 17:46, 20 September 2008 (UTC)
Even more Questions: Do you need rollback rights to use the rollback feature on twinkle? RockManQ (talk) 20:01, 21 September 2008 (UTC)
Another Question: How do I set Twinkle to put an article on my watchlist when I apply a csd tag to it? RockManQ (talk) 20:03, 21 September 2008 (UTC)
Thanks again, I'll have more Questions later. (talk) 01:17, 25 September 2008 (UTC)
A couple questions you have not answered yet. I will bullet them. RkMnQ (talk) 02:51, 6 October 2008 (UTC)
I decided to organize and catorgize all the information you've given me into my own little Book of Knowledge (don't worry I've credited you with the information). You might want to check it out though. RockManQ (talk) 02:39, 27 September 2008 (UTC)
I managed to add Mail2world, Inc to the chart. --M2W (talk) 06:48, 19 September 2008 (UTC)
Hey there Sirkad! This is a friendly reminder to update your status at Wikipedia:Adopt-a-User/Adoptee's Area/Adopters whenever it is appropriate in order to provide new users with the most up-to-date information on available adopters. Also please note that we will be removing adopters who have not edited in 60 days. If you become active again (and we hope you do!) please feel free to re-add yourself. Cheers! |
Hello there Sirkad, it's been a while since I've talked to you. I was just dropping by to tell you that I don't think I'll be needing adoption for any longer. Regardless, I would still like to keep a cordial relationship, and I would like to give you much thanks for mentoring me. I know a lot more then when I first requested adoption. I feel now when I don't know something that I can look it up, or go to the help desk if need be. Again I would just like to wish you thanks. It's been a great two months. Cheers, RockManQ (talk) 03:02, 2 November 2008 (UTC)
Hi,
I need help from an experienced Wikipedian, and I saw your name over at WP:ADOPT.
I need your advice concerning WP:WPOOK, which I've been coordinating. The set of pages the project concerns is listed at Portal:Contents/Outline of knowledge and Wikipedia:WikiProject Outline of knowledge#Projected outline, and has grown to about 500 articles in the encyclopedia.
The goals of the WikiProject are:
I'm very interested in your comments on how to achieve these goals.
Also I'm interested in every possible way of reaching readers and editors of Wikipedia. How can I get the most eyes and typing fingers on Wikipedia's outlines? Contacting editors directly without a reason relevant to them is spam, which I'd like to avoid. There are 75,000 regular editors on Wikipedia, and I want to contact all of them. But how do I do it?
Directly or indirectly, I don't care which, piecemeal or all-at-once, all methods are fine with me. But I've got to find ways. I need your advice.
I would also like to know how to find or attract editors to create new outlines. And I need advice on finding editors to help write the new outline article mentioned above (it needs to be fleshed out, completely referenced, and brought to featured article status).
Please recommend anyone you know who might be interested in sinking their teeth into a project like this. Or ways to reach groups of editors. Or ways to reach all editors. I welcome any and all recommendations and advice you might have.
And any thoughts on attaining the WikiProject goals above.
I look forward to your reply on my talk page.

Adding a new link to a directly relevant news story is not "vandalism". Please consider edit content more carefully when reverting edits by IP editors. [1]. Thank you, 61.18.170.90 (talk) 16:05, 14 January 2010 (UTC)
