Matthias Sheikh Mende (born 15 October 1984) is a German entrepreneur, investor, and advisor based in the United Arab Emirates.[1][2] He is Founder & CEO of Bonuz Inc., Additionally, Mende is Member at the Dubai Blockchain Center.[3][4]

Early Career

Mende co-founded megaSun Lounge, a notable indoor tanning salon franchise in the UAE in 2009. Founding MEMMOS (Dubai) in 2011, he excelled in brand development, digital marketing, and social media, collaborating with notable entities like Blue Marlin Ibiza UAE, Thai Airways UAE, and Mercedes-Benz.[2] In 2014, Mende innovated "The Imam App," aiding new Muslim converts in prayers.[5] His conversion in 2008 led to adopting the name Sheikh, recognized by Dubai's Department of Islamic Affairs. Shifting to technology, he took on the role of Chief Strategist at Block Gemini in 2018. His contributions to blockchain, IoT, AI, ICOs, and STOs solutions solidified his influence, recognized in blockchain events and as a crypto influencer.[6] Since 2021 Mende has been CEO of Bonuz Inc a web3 based marketplace for cryptocurrency exchange platform.
