I'm Benoît Evellin, French wikipedian active since May 2008. My main focus is on new users: how to train them, to retain them, how to improve their first steps... For this, I promote new tools (the visual editor, Content translation tool, Reply tool, etc.), create attractive and friendly places for newbies, make clearer messages, processes and improve help pages on French Wikipedia (see details).
Member of Wikimédia France between 2010 and 2016 (board member between 2013 and 2015), and between September 2017 and December 2019, I'm involved in Wikimédia France's micro-grants committee since January 2019.
I'm also a member of the "Non-Cabale de l'Ouest", a local group located in the west of France. I live in Brittany, France.
