Hello, I'm Filmssssssssssss. I noticed that you recently removed content from Hanoi without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Hi. Is there any special reason why you use your account Putinstalin for editing Indian subjects, and edit logged out in Vietnamese subjects? Once you have an account, you're normally supposed to use it all the time. Also, I hope you understand that your block from editing article space applies to edits both logged in and logged out. Blocks apply to the person, not to a particular account or IP. Bishonen | tålk 17:19, 2 April 2023 (UTC).
I see you have ignored my reminder that blocks apply per person, and not per any particular account or IP, and have gone on editing articles from this IP, which is obviously used by the same person as the partial-blocked account User:Putinstalin. You may have trouble understanding what you're told, but both Valereee and I have tried to explain the rules to you as clearly as we can. It's noticable that you have chosen not to reply to my questions above ("Are you saying you did not make that edit, from this IP, 123.26.72.220? That the edit was made by somebody else? Seriously?"). Editing from this IP in defiance of Putinstalin's partial block counts as block evasion. Both the IP and User:Putinstalin have consequently been siteblocked for two weeks. If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: ((unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~))

This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
