Request reason:

I am trying to get back into my Wikipedia account to save a page on "Kasa" hats. I found my IP address has been banned. I am not very wiki savvy but found the IP I have has been used to create a number of strange and insulting edits. I have found out I can be blocked for being in the same IP range as the user conducting such actions. I am not connected in any way with this individual, I rarely use the website version of Wikipedia, I mostly stay on the mobile app. It would be appreciated if my IP can be unblocked temporarily, so I can reset my password and regain access to my account. I am not a disruptive individual, I am not connected with this individual, I am operating on a new computer that hasn't logged into wikipedia as of yet.
