Hello, I'm Oshwah. An edit you recently made to Final Space seemed to be a test and has been removed. If you want more practice editing, the sandbox is the best place to do so. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 23:31, 20 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

Multiple IPs/accounts[edit]

Can you please tell me if you have any relation to the account User:Acezod or the IP address 86.162.114.226 (talk · contribs · WHOIS)? Both of these users have added very similar information about the fandom to the Final Space article. wizzito | say hello! 02:24, 9 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm Tunakanski. I noticed that you recently removed content from Williams Street without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. ― Tuna NoSurprisesPlease 20:22, 10 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Please refrain from attempting to make unconstructive edits to Wikipedia. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been disallowed by an edit filter. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Repeated vandalism may result in the loss of editing privileges. Thank you. Materialscientist (talk) 00:11, 20 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Edit warring notice[edit]

Stop icon

Your recent editing history shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war; read about how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you do not violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.

Notice of edit warring noticeboard discussion[edit]

Information icon Hello. This message is being sent to inform you that there is currently a discussion involving you at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Edit warring regarding a possible violation of Wikipedia's policy on edit warring. Thank you.

June 2023[edit]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Unicorn: Warriors Eternal. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Everyone is getting tired of your beliefs right now. It is always disruptive to revert edits others may disagree on when there is no consensus. Continue this behavior, expect a report. BaldiBasicsFan (talk) 22:53, 6 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I am User:Aoidh and I am an administrator on the English Wikipedia. I was alerted to the content dispute at Unicorn: Warriors Eternal regarding the label of "adult animation" via this discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Edit warring, and protected the page for 3 days so that editors can hopefully focus on discussing the content on the talk page and come to some sort of consensus on the content. An editor has provided a reliable source that does appear to describe the show using that descriptor, and I would encourage you to visit the talk page and discuss the content and the reference. I also noticed that both sides of the dispute have become gradually more heated in their edit summaries, and would ask that you please read WP:AVOIDYOU and focus comments on the content itself so that WP:Civility is observed, which as the fourth of Wikipedia's Five Pillars is one of the most important aspects of this site; it's easiest to discuss and collaborate when being civil with each other, especially when you disagree with them. Please visit the article's talk page and discuss the content so that a consensus can be formed on whether that descriptor should be used or not so that the back-and-forth edit warring does not continue. Thank you. - Aoidh (talk) 01:35, 9 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
