Pleae, stop adding goals of INternational competitions to footballers as you did here. The table specifically reads Professional club appearances and goals counted for the domestic league only. Mariano(t/c) 08:33, 20 June 2006 (UTC)
You requested a personal note re: Karl-Heinz Rummenigge / goals for Internazionale
I have now checked with my - quite authoritative - personal notes and adjusted to 64 league matches / 16 goals. The season details are in the "discussion" section.
It meets also with my personal recollection, that Rummenigge was quite on the sort of way out then, and even me as a Bayern afficionado appreciated the transfer fee rather than to have his continued service in those days. In so far he did not disappoint - only Inter were not excessively happy. Well, in the end, Servette Geneve were ;)
His name btw is officially spellt Karlheinz and not Karl-Heinz - have to move that page at some stage.

This page disputes the 419 (248) Man Utd appearances you added. I have changed it accordingly. Slumgum T. C. 22:42, 16 July 2006 (UTC)
If you update players' stats PLEASE change the date as well. Using the wrong date makes the stats inaccurate.
It would be useful for others if you could also provide a source, (perhaps just in the edit summary is an easily verifiable link) especially if not one of the article's external links. This is so that other users know that the info is reliable and have the opportunity to make updates from the same source themselves.
Your edit to Darren Bent actually includes two playoff matches for Ipswich. These are seldom considered league appearances, so I'll add a footnote and try to get a consensus over whether playoff games should count as league games. My view is that they shouldn't. sʟυмɢυм • т • c 20:07, 21 August 2006 (UTC)
Please update the date when you update players' stats. --Jaellee (talk) 16:46, 26 September 2008 (UTC)
