Speedy deletion nomination of Ciccio81[edit]

You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles. See the Article Wizard.

Thank you.

A tag has been placed on Ciccio81, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article that does not provide sufficient context to identify its subject. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. If you plan to expand the article, you can request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material. To do this, affix the template ((hangon)) to the article and state your intention on the article's talk page. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. May 2010[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but you removed a speedy deletion tag from Ciccio81, a page you have created yourself. If you do not believe the page should be deleted, you can place a ((hangon)) tag on the page, under the existing speedy deletion tag (please do not remove the speedy deletion tag), and make your case on the page's talk page. Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. Thank you. GregJackP (talk) 14:51, 28 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This is the final warning you will receive regarding your disruptive edits.
The next time you remove a speedy deletion notice from a page you have created yourself, as you did with Ciccio81, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. GregJackP (talk) 15:39, 28 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

When will the final decision be made whether the page will be deleted? Also on which page can i communicate with adminastrators? Thank you.

Your drink[edit]

Hi there! Unfortunately, the article you created (Ciccio81) is about a drink that doesn't meet our standards of notability or verifiability. If you're keen on contributing, there are a lot of other drink articles that need work over at list of cocktails.-Wafulz (talk)

The question is, what can i do to make a reciepe notable or verifyable? And the end of the day, the recipe is very simple. In my point of view, if its properly layed out, and has no mal-practice with the text, what is really wrong with it. The reciepe is not a duplicate of any, and is fairly recent. The origniallity does exist. As i have seen from the cocktail list, their are no other reciepes that even use that type of alcohol. At the end of the day, the purpose of this article is to educate people on what exists, and broden their life experience. (Ciccio81)

Wikipedia is based on verifiability, not truth. This means you need multiple, independent reliable sources in order for a subject to merit an article. Your drink doesn't meet these standards, and in all likelihood it never will. If you want to share the recipe, there are dozens of drink databases out there that would gladly take your contribution.-Wafulz (talk) 16:20, 28 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
