MurielMary Talk Page

Hi. I saw your post on MurielMary's talk page asking why she didn't consider Washington Post, etc to be reliable enough of sources for Wikipedia and deleted your entry accordingly. Reaching out not to stir up contention but hopefully to collaborate and learn together, she has also deleted the first entry I ever created, claiming the same re: sources. My entry cited USA Today, Los Angeles Times, Marie Claire, National Public Radio, and others.

It seems to be as though we're possibly facing the same problem: Are you experienced enough on Wikipedia to know how we can handle this or if there's any way to help each other, thanks? Kentuckian in NY (talk)

Hi Kentuckian. SanchoIII didn't delete the post on my talk page, you did. Is there one person running both SanchoIII and Kentuckian editor accounts? This is not permitted on Wikipedia. However, in terms of "how to handle this" my advice stands as already stated - edit the draft and re-submit for another review. MurielMary (talk) 22:29, 29 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, MurielMary. Not sure where you're getting "delete the post on my talk page" from. I have not deleted anything here or on your talk page. If you go into the history view on your talk page, if something was deleted, you should be able to see the user name of that person. My comment above was in reference to your having deleted an entry SanchoIII created about Janire Nájera. To answer your question, though, no, I do not know SanchoIII. If I did, would I be on their page introducing myself? Not very likely. As further proof that we're not the same person, we don't use the same syntax or write/edit entries on the same things.

Also, while we are chatting, I would like to gently please remind you of this line from Wikipedia's ethical code: "Stay civil. When you cannot see a good way past a conflict, take a break, bring in more editors, take a deep breath and try to find new creative ways to assume good faith." You've made an accusation here that's fairly serious without absolutely any reason to do so. May I suggest you please consider taking that breath and maybe not seeing my and this other user's questions so personally? I don't know this person, but in the good faith the code promotes, I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt that they're trying to solve the same problem I am: How to make MurielMary happy. Kentuckian in NY (talk) — Preceding undated comment added 23:19, 29 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I see that I confused the parties in my comment above where I say "SanchoIII didn't delete the post on my talk page, you did." Correction: SanchoIII made a comment on my talk page and then reverted it, but in the above post, Kentuckian says that he/she noticed SanchoIII's comment on my talk page and deleted it. Something's not right here?? MurielMary (talk)

Proposed deletion of Janire Nájera

Notice

The article Janire Nájera has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the ((proposed deletion/dated)) notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
