WP:SPI

There is an SPI investigation concerning yourself. If you wish to contribute to the discussion, please do so by following the link. Thank you. No Great Shaker (talk) 20:41, 3 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

You mean there is a joke of a post there, initiated by someone who's been a Wikipedia contributor for a mere 3 years, against someone who has been contributing to Wikipedia more than 5 times longer than you? Funny! We need more comedians like you! --Flybd5 (talk) 01:45, 4 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
A mere three years in which I have contributed over 50,000 edits. As for longevity, please see this bit of fun which I used to have on my user page. I believe I first edited the site in 2005, possibly sooner, and I would guess that I must have edited some five or six times a week on average through my IP years (I didn't become a member till soon after I retired from full-time employment), so that would be about 250 a year over a period of fourteen years which is rather more than your total of 575. Admittedly, I rarely wrote more than the odd sentence or two as an IP – in fact, that first-ever edit could well have been the biggest until I opened my account. So, please don't dismiss me as a newbie.
If the SPI is negative, I will apologise and then decide what to do next. For now, I suggest we let the SPI clerk and adjudicator get on with things. Okay? No Great Shaker (talk) 09:10, 4 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Quality <> Quantity. The vast majority of your contributions are repetitions of minor changes to the same article, over and over again. A gaggle of monkeys in a room with a typewriter can do better. Your claim that we were posting on your IP in 2005 is absurd, and can be challenged on the same grounds you challenged me, a sockpuppet based on IP analysis. Your attitude that facts can be reverted and censored for no other reason than they cause you personal grief is absurd and entirely against the spirit of Wikipedia. There is no place for editorial fascism here. --Flybd5 (talk) 15:25, 4 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
LOL! Oh, dearie me. I'll wait for completion of the SPI and then off we go to ANI. No Great Shaker (talk) 15:36, 4 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
