neutral yes, but didn't you simply delete everything "negative" ? The thing is that basically nothing of the guy's story is true. It seems as if the only time he made money was when his employer fired him and he sued them and with that he bought that castle; ever since he is making money from seminars talking about something that he didn't and he is using wikipedia as a platform for marketing those and his products.
