Please stop attacking other editors, as you did on Talk:Croats. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Comment on content, not on other contributors or people. StephenMacky1 (talk) 11:05, 14 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Tell them to stop harassing me. They are deleting stuff from talk pages and falsely characterizing it as something it's not, for the purposes of justifying illegal censorship of me. There ARE sources on croats, right here on wikipedia that support my point. You'll notice I refrained from editing the main page, as I should, to solicit details, after which actions can be done. Slavs have a lot of nationalists doing revisionism on wikipedia. Meroitte (talk) 11:12, 14 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I'll say this nicely even if this comment of yours wasn't constructive either. If you had made a case nicely and constructively on the talk page, perhaps there would be editors able to address your concerns. You gotta focus on the content though, not on the perceived actions of others. StephenMacky1 (talk) 11:21, 14 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you purposefully and blatantly harass other editors, as you did at User talk:Anastrophe. – dudhhr talkcontribssheher 17:26, 14 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Introduction to contentious topics

You have recently edited a page related to the Balkans or Eastern Europe, a topic designated as contentious. This standard message is designed as an introduction to contentious topics and does not imply that there are any issues with your editing.

A special set of rules applies to certain topic areas, which are referred to as contentious topics. These are specially designated topics that tend to attract more persistent disruptive editing than the rest of the project and have been designated as contentious topics by the Arbitration Committee. When editing a contentious topic, Wikipedia’s norms and policies are more strictly enforced, and Wikipedia administrators have special powers in order to reduce disruption to the project.

Within contentious topics, editors should edit carefully and constructively, refrain from disrupting the encyclopedia, and:

  • adhere to the purposes of Wikipedia;
  • comply with all applicable policies and guidelines;
  • follow editorial and behavioural best practice;
  • comply with any page restrictions in force within the area of conflict; and
  • refrain from gaming the system.

Editors are advised to err on the side of caution if unsure whether making a particular edit is consistent with these expectations. If you have any questions about contentious topics procedures you may ask them at the arbitration clerks' noticeboard or you may learn more about this contentious topic here. You may also choose to note which contentious topics you know about by using the ((Ctopics/aware)) template.

Ordering of talk page discussion

If you start a new discussion on an article talk page, that new discussion goes at the bottom of the page. Please also familiarize yourself with WP:NOTAFORUM. Comments not directly addressing article improvement are typically reverted, as the purpose of an article talk page is to discuss article improvement, not to share personal opinions. cheers. anastrophe, an editor he is. 18:21, 13 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Making presumptions that are false, is going to cause trouble. Do not do so. Removing nationalists in croatia from revisionism is improvement. Meroitte (talk) 10:19, 14 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
