Aloha Pikks, mahalo for yr interest in genuine ho'oponopono. Together with Makana Chai, Honolulu, I created the articles about ho'oponopono and Morrnah Simeona in English, later translated them in German in French. Meanwhile there exists also a translation in Polish by Anna. Would you mind helping us to put it in life on the pl-WP? It is already written in html, so just open up the article in pl-WP as a stub (Lemma plus one sentence), then I can fill in easily the text and the pictures. After this pls take care that no one is vandalising the Polish version (I can't do this as I don't speak Polish, Anna has not enough time). Surely Makana and me would be very pleased if you would find the time to translate the articles in Italian and Sicilian. Maluhia Michael Micklei (talk) 11:37, 30 December 2011 (UTC)
Aloha Pikks, if you open up the Lemma "Morrnah Simeona" (not "Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona") at the pl-WP, I can fill in the Polish text immediately, same procedure as for → ho'oponopono. ok? And Mahalo --Michael Micklei (talk) 09:11, 31 December 2011 (UTC)
To Whom It May Concern-
I recently submitted an article for the game that my family and invented called muroball. It was denied due to not having sources or references. Unfortunately, there is no references. By the information provided, it was a game we invented at a YMCA on a whim. I am not quite sure where to go from here. Your assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Antonio
Hello Antonio, This is the link to the article. As you can see there are no references. The article can be approved if there are independent sources (eg. web site, newspapers, magazines) that talk about that game. If you can find the right sources you can resubmit the article for review. --★ Pikks ★ MsG 09:17, 31 December 2011 (UTC)

I have granted rollback rights to your account; the reason for this is because after a review of some of your contributions, I believe you can be trusted to use rollback correctly: for its intended usage of reverting vandalism, and that you will not abuse it by reverting good-faith edits or to revert-war. For information on rollback, see Wikipedia:New admin school/Rollback and Wikipedia:Rollback feature. If you do not want rollback, just let me know, and I'll remove it. Good luck and thanks. —Tom Morris (talk) 05:47, 11 January 2012 (UTC)
You guys really are destroying the whole point of Wikipedia and I see its gradual demise thanks to such policies. The purpose of Wikipedia began as a process between users and now self-important people like yourself turn into mini-tyrants who take control of a process that was once open.
How can you claim that my sources are unreliable?????? The source which is quoted is a book about the subject by a recognized author of significance!!!!!!!
Well, you can thank yourself for your sloppy, uneducated standard which has now turned me off Wikipedia for good. What I wrote was a good article about an important man and now, thanks to you, people will continue to be ignorant of his contribution. What a joke Wikipedia has become!
If you took the time to do your research you would find that Reverend L'Estrange, far from being an unreliable source, has written a number of good books about interesting Victorian Era authors.
I will now stop contributing to Wikipedia. Why should I, as a professional biographer, take the time to share this information with others if people like you are going to stand in the way. Thanks, and good bye Wikipedia. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Kirbycairo (talk • contribs) 15:59, 31 January 2012 (UTC)

I am trying to get a team together who would finally translate "Sistema di logica come teoria del conoscere" into English. I thought Wikipedia's list of Italian-to-English translators might be a good group to 'hit up' on this subject. If personal assistance cannot be provided, perhaps suggestions or helping point me in the right direction of who might be willing to help? Best regards & thank you. Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Leggings, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Aka (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Hello Pikks:

Hello Pikks. This message is part of a mass mailing to people who appear active in reviewing articles for creation submissions. First of all, thank you for taking part in this important work! I'm sorry this message is a form letter – it really was the only way I could think of to covey the issue economically. Of course, this also means that I have not looked to see whether the matter is applicable to you in particular.
The issue is in rather large numbers of copyright violations ("copyvios") making their way through AfC reviews without being detected (even when easy to check, and even when hallmarks of copyvios in the text that should have invited a check, were glaring). A second issue is the correct method of dealing with them when discovered.
If you don't do so already, I'd like to ask for your to help with this problem by taking on the practice of performing a copyvio check as the first step in any AfC review. The most basic method is to simply copy a unique but small portion of text from the draft body and run it through a search engine in quotation marks. Trying this from two different paragraphs is recommended. (If you have any question about whether the text was copied from the draft, rather than the other way around (a "backwards copyvio"), the Wayback Machine is very useful for sussing that out.)
If you do find a copyright violation, please do not decline the draft on that basis. Copyright violations need to be dealt with immediately as they may harm those whose content is being used and expose Wikipedia to potential legal liability. If the draft is substantially a copyvio, and there's no non-infringing version to revert to, please mark the page for speedy deletion right away using ((db-g12|url=URL of source)). If there is an assertion of permission, please replace the draft article's content with ((subst:copyvio|url=URL of source)).
Some of the more obvious indicia of a copyvio are use of the first person ("we/our/us..."), phrases like "this site", or apparent artifacts of content written for somewhere else ("top", "go to top", "next page", "click here", use of smartquotes, etc.); inappropriate tone of voice, such as an overly informal tone or a very slanted marketing voice with weasel words; including intellectual property symbols (™,®); and blocks of text being added all at once in a finished form with no misspellings or other errors.
I hope this message finds you well and thanks again you for your efforts in this area. Best regards--Fuhghettaboutit (talk) 02:20, 18 November 2014 (UTC).

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process.
