Hello there and welcome. Thank you for this edit. If you have a quick look at the quite useful MOS:LEADCITE you will see that in a case like this a citation in the lead is probably not needed as it is cited below and isn't too radical or controversial and will probably not frighten the horses. It does kind of say it is debatable in some cases and essential in others, but I think that the viaduct probably isn't one of those cases.
