Firstly, the category cannot be created for just one person, and there have to be a minimum of five people to file in it before its creation is justified.
Secondly, reverting is not to be used in a situation like that. Reverting is not for "the right thing was done under the circumstances but I'm now revising the circumstances after the fact", and is only for "this was actually an incorrect edit in the first place and the person who did it needs a tap on the nose for making a bad edit" — so this was not an appropriate use of reversion. Firstly, the category cannot be created for just one person, and there have to be a minimum of five people to file in it before its creation is justified.Where does it say that? We have countless "Fooian expatriate sportspeople in Bar cat" categories. Why shouldn't we have "Jamaican expatriate sportspeople in Denmark"?

Hey Robbie.is.on, I have been dealing with the Ricardo George page for a while now. A few months ago, I became a new article patroller, and it has made me more aware of standards like WP:GNG, WP:SIGCOV, and WP:SPORTBASIC. As I've been dealing with this page, I've come to realize that it doesn't meet WP:GNG or WP:SIGCOV. Indeed, the sources that arise when I search for "Ricardo George" are databases and a very few loose references in match reports and such—nothing resembling SIGCOV. Because I can only nominate new articles, I would appreciate it if you took a look at the page and nominated it for deletion if you see fit to do so. Thanks. Where is the OR? Fictional elements are supported by the series itself, and pretty much everything else is sourced. Clarityfiend (talk) 00:05, 6 May 2024 (UTC)
