Hi there,
Thanks once again for your great help in having GoogleTrans support Japanese/Chinese characters. GoogleTrans is now a greasemonkey script so it is now possible to have GoogleTrans behavior on any webpage now, wiki and nonwiki. As well, the popup has a "Wikipedia?" link within it that allows quick Wikipedia Lookups on terms (people and companies) in online newspapers.
I notice that you are very interested in translation tools, so I thought I would point out a relatively new gadget on hi.wikipedia.org: WikiBhasha.
It is done by Microsoft India and I checked out the doco (including their mpeg) and it looked pretty good.
It is designed to help the translation process between English and Xwiki articles.
You may want to check it out and see whether it can help translation of enwiki and jawiki articles.
Warm Regards
