Vepagunta is a suburb in Visakhapatnam city. It comes under Pendurthi revenue division. It has a post office, Pin code is 530047.

Nagaraju (best friend of Ankur) found a girl during his board examinations at this place, which he proudly says 'Naa exam centre vepagunta, akkada thagilindhi naako gunta'. Ankur(Suresh) passes through this place while travelling from his college to Nagaraju's home. Whenever he listens to the above story of Nagaraju, a nostalgic wave hits him which reminds him of Srilakshmi.
