Victoria Lomasko (born 1978) is a Russian graphic artist. She was born in Serpukhov and studied at the Moscow State University of Printing Arts. She graduated in 2003, with a major in graphic art and book design. She now works as a graphic artist, with a focus on graphic reportage. She has exhibited widely both in Russia and abroad.

Her book Other Russias was shortlisted for the 2018 Pushkin House Russian Book Prize.^[1]
